We at the Heermann Homestead have been breeding Miniature Horses since the early 70s and have built our MINIATURE APPALOOSA program around Francisco of Kilverstone. Francisco was imported from the Falabella bloodline and is one of the breed's highest producers of appaloosa foals.

Our addition of Vermilyea Farm's Apache Brave, a grandson of Yellow Diamond Little Feather who represents one of the oldest American appaloosa bloodlines, to cross with the Francisco daughters and granddaughters has not disappointed us. The resulting foals are refined, colorful and exquisite movers.

     If you purchase a mare from the Heermann Homestead, you may breed her back to any of our Appaloosa stallions at ONE-HALF the normal breeding fee.
